Welcome Dr. Austill

The Samaritan Center of the Rockies is pleased to announce the newest addition to its staff. A Colorado licensed Psychologist and a Fellow in the American Association of Pastoral Counseling, Dr. Bryan Austill, Mdiv, PhD, joins us at this time. He comes from Breckenridge where he has been in private practice for thirteen years. Dr. Austill has been an ordained United Methodist clergyman for thirty years and is familiar with the blending of insights from psychology and spirituality having been on the staff of other Samaritan centers in Albuquerque and Honolulu. His background includes social work, hospital and hospice chaplaincy, parish ministry, and pastoral counseling in cross-cultural and interfaith settings. He works with adults and his areas of specialization include couples’ therapy, depression, anxiety, and end-of-life care. He enjoys working cooperatively with physicians and clergy in providing care to their patients and parishioners.
