Colorado Mountain Medical Partnership

The Samaritan Counseling Center in Edwards has partnered with Colorado Mountain Medical to provide integrative care to patients coming in to visit their doctors. Primary care doctors and a therapist from the counseling center can now work together to improve the health and wellness of their patients. The collaborative increases the ability of the primary care doctors to screen persons with depression and other mental health conditions and to coordinate specialty treatment with local mental health organizations. This service is offered free of charge to patients at Colorado Mountain Medical. Therapist April Wilson is at Colorado Mountain Medical in Edwards 3 days per week for free psychological evaluations and a wealth of referral information.
